Mineral Water PET Bottle Filling

We can offer water from a PET filling line dedicated exclusively to mineral water. The premium water source offers a balanced composition of valuable minerals. The result is a refreshing and healthy water with a high concentration of calcium (537 mg/L) and magnesium (92 mg/L), and extremely low nitrate levels (less than 0.5 mg/L). Quality is monitored at every stage using ion exchangers and UV systems, in compliance with European mineral water regulations.

Packaging Options and Brand Presentation

We Offer

Once production is complete, we ensure your cans or PET bottles arrive perfectly presented. We design private label packaging tailored to your distribution and point-of-sale needs — shrink-wrapped multipacks of 4, 6 and 12 units, cardboard multipack trays in formats from 12 to 30 units, tray packs with or without shrink wrap, and fully custom solutions such as display pallets, mixed assorted trays and 1-litre cartons. If you have a specific presentation concept in mind, we can develop it to your exact requirements. We also offer a packaging design service for brands that need the full visual treatment.

Yes. We have a portfolio of ready-to-adapt beverage bases that can be co-developed as your own product, with no formulation costs.

What is the minimum order quantity for private label beverages? +

The minimum varies depending on the format and the type of product. Share your brief with us, and we will send you a production proposal tailored to your volume.

Do you produce both cans and PET bottles? +

Yes. We operate four filling lines that cover all standard can formats, from 0.25L to 1.0L cans, as well as PET bottles in 0.5L and 1.0L.

What certifications does PL Beverage hold? +

The production plants are certified in Organic/BIO, HACCP, IFS Food, Halal, Kosher, and Vegan standards. We also have approvals from Amazon, Marks & Spencer, and Kaufland.

How long does the beverage development process take? +

It depends on the complexity of the formulation. Starting from an existing base is faster than developing a completely new recipe. Once we discuss the process for your beverage, we will define the estimated timelines. It can go as fast as 3 months though.
